The Magnolia will create 158 new homes, including 79 condominium homes, 79 apartment homes with 38 affordable units including 36 units at 60% AMI; and 2 units set aside for housing vouchers.

The project will preserve and enhance open space, expand tree canopy, support local economic activity, and help more people live, stay, and thrive in Jamaica Plain.
